How you will make a difference (job overview):
This position has primary responsibility for oversight of mental health services and case management services to children and their families. The Clinical Supervisor supervises Mental Health Specialists and Substance Use Counselors providing mental health services to clients referred to Community Services Programs. The Clinical Supervisor may have their own caseload in addition to overseeing their staff. He/she acts as liaison with external agencies and functions on teams with other clinical & support staff.
Division/Program Overview: The program sees adults (18+) and older adults.
It is a FULLY community-based program - all services happen at a person's home or community.
The clients have complex needs - medication, housing, vocational, independent living and mental health.
The intensity for services for each client is about 10 hours per month and once we are fully up and running, we'll have a census of about 50 adults.
We are preparing to also start an Adult Outpatient Program which this position would oversee as well. Eventually, this position will have all our Adult programs, including IHOT.
