Role Purpose Statement
The Information Security Officer is responsible for IT security management, specifically all aspects of IT security arising from it.
Essential Functions
The Information Security Operations (ISO) Lead Analyst is a senior level professional responsible for driving efforts to prevent, monitor and respond to information/data breaches and cyber-attacks. The overall objective of this role is to ensure the execution of Information Security directives and activities in alignment with Sky Chef's data security policy.
Plan, implement, monitor and optimize the Information Security Management System within area of responsibility (North America / Latin America)
Identify and mitigate IT security relevant vulnerabilities (also at international locations if necessary)
Define IT security requirements for the IT architecture
Manage IT Security Incidents process, ensure proper escalation and communication
Initiate investigations at suspicious security breaches and support companywide investigations
Plan and conduct measures to promote IT security awareness
Document IT security requirements
Support IT, business, data and process owners responsible for implementing IT security requirements
Manage IT risk management process and policy; ensure acceptance of remaining risks by the respective boards / companies
Act as central contact point for IT security / IT risk management concerns for business, IT, and internal/external audits; lead informational project teams as necessary
Ensure communication and reporting to respective bodies
Lead teams in IT security related projects (also at international locations if necessary)
Complete all compliance related IT Security documentation to include risk assessments, catalogue monitoring, document audit, etc.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience Bachelor's degree in IT or related field required
Minimum five years of IT Security experience (certification CISSP, GIAC would be preferred)
Strong planning and organizational skills
Ability to problem-solve
Strong analytical and quantitative skills
Good communication skills / intercultural competency
Must be based in the greater Dallas/Ft. Worth area
