Description
Job Purpose: Satisfies guests, manage team members and increase sales.
Qualifications:
Makes weekly schedule
Approve/deny requests for days off
Determine which staff will cover busy and slow shifts
Hires new team members
Terminates undesirable staff
Handle disgruntled guests by offering suggestions and solutions
Facilitate FOH and BOH issues
Excel at customer service
Follow Core Values; Excellent, Quality, Integrity, Relationships
Jump in to assist staff when busy
Manage restaurant budgets as well as goals and objectives set by corporate office.
Position Requirements
Work a rotating morning and evening shifts and be available weekdays, weekends and holidays. Must be available to address any restaurant emergencies and issues which may arise to ensure safety and security of the location.
