How we work

This role is a full-time remote position, and you’re free to work from anywhere. Be advised that most team meetings occur between 6:30 am and 10:00 am Pacific Time (UTC-8/-7). If you're applying from a location where these hours are outside your usual working hours, we expect you to adapt to our meeting times.

Join our innovative team at Phi Labs as the NFT Ecosystem lead for the Archway Ecosystem. Here you'll spearhead the creation and growth of a vibrant NFT ecosystem. We're seeking a visionary leader with a passion for NFT collections, NFT ecosystems, and blockchain technology. Your mission will be to define our NFT vision, launch and maintain captivating NFT collections, and engage communities in creative ways. |

What you will need
NFT Launch Record: Proven record of contributions to launching and maintaining NFT collections.
Multiple Chain Experiences: Worked with different blockchains to launch NFT Collections
Smart Contracts Knowledge: Basic understanding of smart contracts, dynamic NFTs, and decentralized applications (dApps).
NFT Culture Understanding: Ability to translate user needs, degen mindset, cultural NFT insights, and business requirements into growing the community driven NFT ecosystem. Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
Connections: Highly connected with high-value individuals from diverse NFT ecosystems and blockchains.
Project Management skills: Strong management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
Collaboration skills: Ability to work with design, marketing, product managers, external agencies, and other stakeholders. Strong aesthetic sense and ability to work closely with creative teams.
Pitching skills: Ability to present ideas and strategies clearly and inspirational to stakeholders.
Bonus points if you have:
Experience working for a leading NFT marketplace.
A strong public persona and network to amplify engagement.
