Overview :
Our client, a premier property management firm in the DMV area, is currently seeking a Community Manager for an expansive 800+ unit apartment community in Gaithersburg, MD . Some weekend availability may be necessary to fulfill job requirements. (Similar roles also available in Burtonsville, Odenton, and Alexandria, VA.)

Responsibilities :
Cultivating positive resident relationships
Ensuring minimal rent loss and effective rent collections
Coordinating service requests promptly
Supervising a team of staff members
Qualifications : Certification as an Occupancy Specialist
Multifamily property management experience a plus
Familiarity with enterprise systems like RealPage
Strong communication skills for interaction with both management and ownership
Experience in team management, including employee relations and scheduling
Exceptional organizational abilities, adept at multitasking and prioritization
Dedication to delivering outstanding customer service
Keen attention to detail and high standards for curb appeal
Implementation and enforcement of policies, procedures, and programs for effective property management
Proficiency in computer operations, including MS Office and basic accounting
Working knowledge of Fair Housing regulations
