$73,806.20 - $103,328.67 Job Description Summary:
Assist with the implementation of education-related services for Region V school districts. This position will develop and coordinate services for college and career readiness programming in Region V with a focus on technology. Job Description:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities 1. Program Coordination
Assist teachers in showcasing ways that STEAM can strengthen classroom curriculum and instruction while enhancing student academic achievement.
Provide training and support for schools with different technologies related to career clusters such as electricity, robotics, transportation, agriculture, 3D printing, computer coding, and others.
Coach and support teachers in the classroom to integrate technology into lessons.
Support teachers in trouble-shooting technology issues.
Work with teachers to create curriculum to support the usage of each piece of technology.
Work with teachers to create portfolios for the equipment to support new teacher implementation.
Maintain equipment, including making needed repairs and cleaning.
Ensure materials are well-stocked.
Provide regular updates to the Supervisor and Senior Education Consultant for Tech Mobile describing activities in the schools.
Attend team meetings and collaborative planning sessions
Collaborate with Education Services team to coordinate services and programming to best meet the needs of regional schools.
Engage in professional development based on individual plan for professional growth and share new learning with Education Services team.
Maintain regular communication with school administration and staff via phone, email, and face-to-face meetings.
Coordinates and leads Professional Development solutions at individual school sites;
Leads and supports continuous professional development activities within schools and classrooms, including coaching and consulting;
Differentiates for professional development needs by developing and leading a variety of options to support professional learning;
Creates presentations for use in professional development training sessions, leadership team meetings and administrative/board meetings. Researches and develops new programming with innovative thinking for greater efficiencies and results (as part of a team or individually);
Engages in professional development based on individual plan for professional growth and shares new learning with Education Services team;

Additional Job Description:
Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in elementary or secondary education
Current Minnesota teaching license
Minimum five years of teaching experience
Experience using educational technology
Expertise and/or experience in group facilitation
Valid MN Driver’s License
Preferred Qualifications Master’s degree in elementary or secondary education
Ten years of experience in education
Evidence of application of current evidence-based practices
Experience with program development and coordination
Evidence of application of current evidence-based practices
Position open until filled, 195-day contract
Salary Range:
Grade 10, $55,354.65 - $77.,496.50 per fiscal year, commensurate with experience (salary represented is pro-rated to 195-day salary). TRA position.

Location:
Applicants should be located near or in the counties we serve (Region 5) and be able to commute to the office and throughout the region at least 2-3 days a week for meetings and support.
