Employment Type: 6-month Contract-to-Hire
Pay Range: $70-80/hr W2
Benefits Offered: Standard iMatch contractor benefits available if necessary during the contract period
Onsite Location or Remote: Mostly remote. Will do rounding 1-2 time per week as needed in Seattle.

Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Epic Willow Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be Willow Inpatient certified and possess a strong background in retail pharmacy and inventory management. This role will involve working closely with clinical and IT staff to optimize the use of the Epic Willow module to improve patient care and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Epic Willow Module Management:
Configure, build, and maintain the Epic Willow Inpatient system.
Perform system testing and validation.
Troubleshoot and resolve system issues.
Develop and implement system upgrades and enhancements.
Pharmacy and Inventory Management:
Utilize retail pharmacy experience to support and optimize pharmacy workflows.
Manage inventory processes within the Epic system.
Ensure accurate tracking of medication inventory and optimize stock levels.
Collaboration and Support:
Work closely with clinical and administrative staff to understand and address their needs.
Provide training and support to end-users.
Collaborate with other Epic module analysts to ensure seamless integration across systems.
Documentation and Reporting:
Develop and maintain documentation related to system configurations, processes, and workflows.
Generate and analyze reports to support decision-making and process improvements.
Compliance and Best Practices:
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and Epic system developments.
Qualifications:
Epic Willow Inpatient certification is required.
Minimum of 4 years of experience working with the Epic Willow Inpatient module.
Strong background in retail pharmacy and inventory management.
Experience in a healthcare setting, preferably within a cancer center or similar environment.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Pharmacy Doctorate or Pharm Tech Certification
