Position Summary
In this Business Analyst role you will be supporting the CGSO Business Innovation Team (BI) by serving as a liaison between requesting business partners within our organization and BI Development team. You will be responsible for providing requirements and project management for solutions that meet business needs, as well as assisting with process redesign and documentation for new reporting technologies.
As a Business Analyst, you will lead complex efforts that advance our supported business partners by managing requirements, tasks, scope, constraints, and dependencies related to all projects. In this role, you will be handling end-to-end requirements ownership associated with projects and project planning for the Business Innovation Team.
This is a critical role on the BI team that requires a lot of effort, focus, and responsibility in being able to lead difficult business solutions with direct interaction with Sr. leadership. This opportunity should excite you!Required Qualifications
- 4 plus years of experience as a Business Analyst
- 2 years of experience working in an Agile environment.
- Previous project management experience is required.
- Proficiency in Agile project management tools such as Rally, JIRA, Microsoft Azure DevOps, Confluence, or similar.
- Familiarity with SQL, data visualization tools, and basic programming concepts is an advantage.
Preferred Qualifications
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Desire to lead and drive complex efforts with sense of urgency.
- Formal Business Analysis training, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMI-Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), or similar Agile certifications are preferred. Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar project management certification is highly desirable.
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field or equivalent work experience
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$43,700.00 - $102,000.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. The Company offers a full range of medical, dental, and vision benefits.
