Entry Level Business Operations Coordinator

The Business Operations Coordinator will work closely with the operations team to support daily administrative tasks and ensure smooth operations within the organization. Responsibilities include scheduling meetings, organizing documents, maintaining databases, and assisting with project management. Responsibilities Attend key meetings to take detailed meeting minutes and distribute to relevant parties
Assist with HR tasks such as new employee onboarding, performance reviews, and policy documentation
Assist in the management of IT, legal, insurance, and software subscription services by interfacing with third-party vendors
Maintain office functionality by serving as the main point of contact for vendors and suppliers
Plan and coordinate quarterly board meetings, team bonding events, and all-hands meetings
Book executive team travel and conference attendance
Maintain configuration control over company policy documentation
Provide general administrative support to the operations team as needed
Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
1-2 years of experience in an administrative or operations support role or interned in relevant role
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
Proactive and resourceful problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
