Required Experience :
High school diploma or equivalent experience.
Proven experience in pick/pack operations and palletizing products for shipment.
Preferred experience in forklift operation, with valid certification, and familiarity with operating cherry pickers or lift platforms.
Experience in operating pallet jacks.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in performing warehouse tasks.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and data entry.
Ability to lift and carry heavy objects and perform physical tasks in a warehouse setting.
Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to safety regulations.
Responsibilities :
Perform pick/pack operations with precision and efficiency to fulfill customer orders accurately and on time.
Expertly palletize products according to specifications, ensuring stability and safety during transportation.
Utilize forklifts, cherry pickers, or lift platforms to move and organize materials within the warehouse, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
Assist in inventory management tasks, including cycle counts, stock rotation, and maintaining accurate records of inventory levels.
Collaborate with team members to optimize warehouse organization and workflow, ensuring timely fulfillment of orders.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse workspace to uphold safety and efficiency standards.
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for handling, storing, and packaging materials to prevent damage and ensure quality.
Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines while operating equipment and performing warehouse tasks.
Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding inventory needs, order status, and any issues or concerns that arise.
Assist in other warehouse duties as assigned by management to support overall warehouse operations.
