**Responsibilities:**
* Serve as a liaison between Service Advisors and customers
* Provide customer service support and problem-solving resources
* Resolve customer concerns/problems
* Follow up with customers after service is completed to ensure their satisfaction and repeat business
* Manage staff
**Qualifications:**
* Customer relations manager and automotive dealership experience is strongly preferred
* In-depth knowledge of customer service principles and practices
* Excellent customer service, communication and problem-solving skills
* A positive attitude, good work ethic and professional appearance
* High school diploma or equivalent
