Senior Project Manager

Bellevue, WA, United States

Description

The main duties will be project Managment, project plans, running meeting, coordinating with business units and IT organization.

Oversees and directs projects from inception to completion.

Project Planning: Develops comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, resources, and budget.

Team Management: Leads and manages project teams, assigning tasks, setting deadlines, and ensuring team members have the necessary resources and support.

Stakeholder Engagement: Engages with stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations, ensuring they are informed and involved throughout the project lifecycle.

Risk Management: Identifies potential project risks and develops mitigation strategies to address them proactively.

Quality Assurance: Ensures that project deliverables meet quality standards and requirements.

Budget Management: Manages project budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring projects are completed within financial constraints.

Progress Monitoring: Tracks project progress, preparing status reports and communicating updates to stakeholders and senior management.

Performance Evaluation: Conducts post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.

Excellent time management skills, capable of prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Adaptability: Able to adapt to changing project requirements and work environments, maintaining flexibility and resilience.

Technical Proficiency: a deep understanding of project management software and tools, such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Trello, and others.

At least 5 years experience

Preferred IT background

Priority soft skills: Assertive, well spoken , able to write good reports, will be dealing with VP's, directors and managers

Detailed oriented, outgoing individual who can work under pressure

Technical Certification Bonus:

Synectics is pleased to award its employees a bonus of up to $500 for an approved professional certification. In determining the bonus amount, Synectics will consider the cost of the test(s) for any certification relating to your current position, achieved during your employment with us. Only one Certification Bonus per calendar year may be awarded per employee. Only current, active employees will be eligible to receive this bonus. It will be awarded 90 days after the Synectics office has received documentation confirming the successful completion of the certification.
