Requirements

Requirements:

Advanced knowledge of hospitality sales and marketing principles

Bachelor's degree preferred, with a minimum of 7 years' experience in the hospitality industry as a Director of Sales or Area Sales Director.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and relevant hospitality management systems

Strong leadership skills with a track record of success in sales management

Has experience in Convention Hotels

Base salary: $110,000

Commission: 15-30% based on business performance
