We are searching for a SeniorTechnical Marketing Manager to lead our Educational efforts to Veterinarians and Health Staff, and manage our In-Clinic Portfolio of products, including new product launches for the US. This role determines the strategic direction of these portfolios to achieve both topline revenue and bottom-line profitability objectives. Collaborates closely with Marketing Managers, Digital Team, TSVs, and KOLs to develop educational content and materials that elevate Virbac's standing with the Vet profession in this area.
Responsibilities:
Innovative leader with experience in providing technical expertise within the clinic and animal health industry when supporting and bringing products to market.
Leads Virbac's efforts to provide education to veterinarians and health staff, modernizing our approach and creating a more engaging and modern learning experience online that results in increased trial, usage, and recommendations of Virbac products by veterinarians, veterinary students, and veterinary staff.
Management of the In-Clinic portfolio including the development of Marketing Plans and Execution
Champion development of professional Education Strategy and working cross-functionally with Digital & Brand Marketing Teams for development and delivery.
Develops and coordinates advertising, packaging, programs, and promotional materials.
Leverage the ability to assess technical jargon to mass audiences
Ability to toggle between being tactical and strategic with relevant marketing leadership experience, passionate about working to raise the bar for our business.
Champions technical education of in-clinic products with cross-functional partners.
Leverage analytical insights to evaluate a comparison of sales volume, market trends, digital experience, promotional initiatives, and competitive activity.
People leader with a proven track record of coaching & mentoring members of a team. Demonstrates an ability to focus on Learning & Development for both themselves and direct reports.
Must have a demonstrated history of working together to drive large projects, but a reputation of getting things done. Solid project management skills, KPI tracking, and driving accountability in a small team as well as cross-functionally and with vendors.
The ideal candidate will have experience in hyper-growth environments with the ability to influence.
Minimum & Desired Requirements: Licensed vet with a degree from an accredited College or University
Has a combination of working in-clinic and industry for the past 5+ years
5+ years of applicable experience in Sales, Marketing or Business Development
Project management skills are preferred
Strong collaboration skills at all levels within an organization
Demonstrates entrepreneurial spirit and passion for strong data analytics
