About the Role
The Company is seeking a Managing Director, Finance to lead and oversee the effectiveness of finance operations in support of its strategic initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for continuous evaluation, improvement, and monitoring of key finance processes, as well as organization-level financial analysis for strategic initiatives. This role requires a deep commitment to advancing diversity, racial equity, and inclusion, and the ability to work with the leadership team to ensure these values are integrated into the organization's routines and practices.Applicants should have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (MBA preferred), with 10-12 years' of experience in an advanced financial analysis environment, including a minimum of 5 years' supervising staff. The role demands a leader with expert knowledge of financial technology, excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of using technology and systems effectively to support daily activities, be highly organized with superior attention to detail, and have the ability to manage multiple tasks with shifting priorities. A deep understanding of financial information and the ability to complete required reports is essential, as is the capacity to establish and maintain effective relationships with customers.
