ABOUT THE ROLE:

The TTI EMEA Power Tools and its various subsidiaries are currently consolidating the ERP landscape and is rolling out an ERP template to the main European Markets.

In order to support SAP projects/changes in future and to strengthen the team, we are look-ing to recruit a senior SAP consultant in the FICO area with indepth knowledge and under-standing of various Finance and Controlling modules and an exposure to SAP HANA.

Jointly with the other SAP experts and local business teams you will support the SAP pro-jects in various European countries as well as you will contribute to setting up support func-tions around the SAP FI and CO modules.

We are therefore looking for a highly motivated self-starter with strong individual and team working skills to join the SAP IT team. Resource objectives are to build relationships with key business process owners, manage and prioritize own issues, small and large, without com-promising the effectiveness of the team and demonstrate a proactive approach to adding value to the business by promoting best practice usage of SAP.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

§ Gather and analyze business process requirements

§ Conduct SAP FI/CO Fit/Gap workshops and knowledge sharing sessions with the key user community

§ Map business requirements to company procedures and the current SAP Template or available SAP functions where applicable

§ Offer new technical solutions to fulfill and implement business requirements with standard methods

§ Support future SAP HANA migration project

§ Identify opportunities to improve the current implementation

§ Provide functional descriptions and business process support to the development team

§ Deliver key user training including the creation of new Finance training documenta-tion

§ Test solutions, perform unit, functional and integration tests

§ Support the data migration

§ Support local change management in the Finance area if needed

§ Demonstrate flexibility and support for objectives / tasks of other IT organisations

§ Collaborate with other expert teams

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

§ Must have a minimum of 7 years SAP FICO experience including several end-to-end full SAP lifecycles (blueprint to go-live including international rollouts)

§ Possess configuration experience in several FICO modules (GL, AP, AR, Banking, Assets, CO)

§ Exposure to and understanding of SAP HANA technologies and migration approach-es

§ Ability to demonstrate and explain processes and technical subjects to non-technical users

§ Business Process analysis experience – must be able to demonstrate a good under-standing of business processes in finance and controlling as the role requires interac-tion with the business on a daily basis and with several key stakeholders across the business

§ System and UAT testing experience essential

§ Integration experience with other SAP modules such as SD, MM and PP

§ Able to work autonomously and effectively as part of a team

§ Good interpersonal communication with the ability to develop effective working relationships within a PAN European environment

§ Excellent verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail

§ Possess a high level of competence with IT systems, including Word and Excel

§ Demonstrate the ability to prioritize workloads, adapt to changing demands and maintain efficiency.

§ Exhibit a high degree of initiative and enthusiasm in tasks and projects

§ Take accountability for timely completion and quality of work.

§ Ability to travel (10%)
