The Wholesale team works with our customers one-on-one, developing professional relationships based on trust and care.
**GENERAL FUNCTION**
Reporting to the Director of Business Planning, the Business Planner for Regional Costa Sport and Defense (Oakley) is responsible for planning, monitoring and facilitating the Costa Regional Sport and Defense (Oakley) Sales defining key processes based upon future growth expectations, reporting, system and program tracking for specific channel of trade. Main activities include implementing sales tools, sales forecast, budget planning, and ad-hoc reports to assist the commercial team.
**MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
+ Analyze and forecast sales targets (volume + distribution) on a weekly/monthly/quarterly basis for COT.
+ Work with cross-functional team for designing, maintaining and monitoring reports and trackers needed for the COT, related to sales, orders, inventory
+ Design sales tools to implement a clear communication between sales and corporate team.
+ Facilitates the annual budget and quarterly forecast processes by planning and coordinating the sales directors and cross functional teams to ensure key deliverables and deadlines
+ Planning and analysis business partner to Regional Costa and Defense Sales leaders.
+ Works with sales ops, demand and inventory planning to research and implement channel specific supply chain requirements and streamlining opportunities.
+ Monitor the sales performance for sales incentive programs channel specific.
+ Work cross-functionally with support functions including finance, supply chain, and business analytics.
**BASIC QUALIFICATIONS**
+ Bachelor’s degree – Business Administration, Economics or Engineering
+ 1+ years’ experience in Business planning, finance, and/or sales analyst related role.
+ Demonstrated ability to think strategically, yet deliver strong execution
+ Self-starter with strong initiative and sense of urgency – ability to work within the high expectation of the company and team
+ Ability to solve various types of problems that may involve multiple departments within the Company
+ Strong communication skills required; presentation skills are a plus
+ Strong computer skills; Microsoft Office – Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
+ Familiarity with SAP
+ Strong customer service focus and interpersonal skills
+ Ability to travel (US and Canada)
**PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS**
+ 3+ years’ experience in Business planning, finance, and/or sales analyst related role.
Pay Range: 63,733.60 - 92,128.00
Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements. In addition, you may also be offered a competitive bonus and/or commission plan, which complements a first-class total rewards package.
