DevOps Engineer (Active TS/SCI Required)

DevOps EngineerWe are seeking a DevOps Engineer to support the design, implementation, and sustainment of enterprise mission systems, applications, and cloud-based environments. In this role, you will help automate infrastructure, improve deployment workflows, and support reliable system operations across secure and distributed platforms. This position is ideal for engineers who enjoy working across infrastructure, automation, and integration efforts while enabling scalable and resilient capabilities.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and maintain automated software delivery and deployment workflowsImplement and manage infrastructure using Infrastructure-as-Code practicesSupport cloud-based computing environments and platform servicesBuild and maintain containerized application environmentsDevelop scripts and automation to support system deployment and operationsSupport database configuration, availability, and performance optimization activitiesImplement monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions across distributed systemsIntegrate cloud services, enterprise platforms, and mission applicationsApply security, networking, and architecture best practices across supported environmentsQualificationsRequired:Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting DevOps, cloud infrastructure, or platform engineering environmentsExperience supporting automated build and deployment pipelinesExperience using Infrastructure-as-Code tools in cloud environmentsHands-on experience supporting cloud platform servicesExperience working with containerization technologiesProficiency in scripting languages such as Bash, Python, or similarExperience supporting relational databases in operational environmentsExperience implementing monitoring, logging, or observability solutionsFamiliarity with version control workflows and collaborative development practicesUnderstanding of networking and security principles in enterprise environmentsPreferred:Experience supporting large-scale data platforms or analytics environmentsFamiliarity with modern distributed system architecturesExperience supporting microservices-based applicationsExperience supporting AI/ML or advanced analytics workloadsExperience mentoring team members or contributing to engineering best practicesFamiliarity with additional observability or performance monitoring toolsClearance Required:TS/SCI w/ polyAbout MissionovoWe are a mission-driven technology and engineering company dedicated to delivering innovative solutions that advance national security and achieve decisive outcomes.
