**We are looking for Assembly Supervisor for 2nd shift. This position will be based at our Grand Prairie, TX facility.**

**You’ll make an impact by:**

+ Improve safety for all personnel that works in and around the production lines while driving efforts and initiatives to reduce productions errors, improve product quality and increase productivity.

+ Adhere to production schedule by establishing priorities, assigning personnel to work areas, supervising progress, making personnel/priority adjustments, resolving line constraints problems, and reporting results through shift production summaries.

+ Supervise, train, and mentor the team; set goals, supervise performance, conduct employee review meetings, and schedule formal training.

+ Work closely with purchasing, planning and warehouse teams to ensure materials availability and schedule adherence.

+ Maintain working relationships with local union by following the collective bargaining agreement.

**Basic Qualifications:**

+ 2+ years of successful experience in an Assembly/Manufacturing or related field in a supervisory role.

+ Mechanical proficiency with experience using hand tools and proficient with Microsoft office.

+ Highschool diploma or equivalent.

+ Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

+ Lean manufacturing techniques.

+ Project management experience.

+ Ability to interpret engineering drawings and schematics.

+ The pay range for this position is $65,240 - $111,840. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications and premium geographic location.
