About The Role

Serve as the finance leader for regional operating companies, collaborating with leadership teams to drive growth and ROCE

Drive and support strategic initiatives with executive leadership teams

Lead core financial processes including month end close, annual budgeting, long range Strategic Plan and Monthly/Quarterly Business Reviews

Facilitate and drive frequent ad-hoc projects to support strategic OpCo business decisions

Recommend, develop, and implement processes that guide the organization in improving profitability

Develop, analyze, and monitor current and historic KPI trends

About You

Natural ability to work independently, think objectively, and lead strategic initiatives

Passionate about evaluating businesses and translating findings into actionable insights

Relentless attitude towards applying rigorous logic and data driven approach to solve complex problems

Effective at building meaningful relationships with a broad group of business partners, and executive teams

Qualifications

5+ years of relevant experience

BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, or Economics; advanced degree preferred

Experience with financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting

Advanced Excel skills

Excellent financial modeling and presentation skills

Knowledge of financial reporting and business intelligence tools (SAP, SQL, Power BI) preferred

Compensation:

Pay for this position will be between $106,766 and $160,149 annually.

Incentive Compensation Plan:

This position may eligible for an Incentive Compensation Plan bonus of up to 20% of base pay, subject to Company and individual performance and per company policy. Individuals hired/transferred during the year will be eligible to receive a pro rata share after six (6) months of service in the event that a bonus is paid out.

Vacation:

This position will accrue 15 days of vacation a year. Accrued vacation will be vested and available for use after successfully completing six (6) months of service.

Benefits:

The benefit program includes medical, dental, and vision coverage for you and your family.

Life insurance equal to two times annual base salary.

Accidental death and dismemberment insurance. Long term disability insurance.

401k program with a 4% match, vested immediately; and a company paid contribution of an additional 3% subject to a six (6) year vesting.

Flexible Spending Accounts.

Business travel assistance program.

Other voluntary benefits are available for purchase via payroll deduction at group rates.

Nine (9) paid holidays with two (2) additional floating holidays available after six (6) months of service.

Full time employees will accrue ninety-six (96) hours of sick leave per year, up to a maximum of 1,040 hours.

Bereavement Leave - three (3) paid days off for a death in the immediate family, or five (5) days off if travel greater than 500 miles is required.
