We are searching for a Sr. Digital Program Manager who can hold a leadership position in building strategic partnership with cross-functional technical teams, product teams and operations teams, be passionate about processes and innovation, and navigate in a complex environment with both business and technical aspects. This role demands a high capacity to Learn and be Curious, Earn Trust, Have Backbone; Disagree & Commit, Think Big, Dive Deep and Deliver Results as we need to be continually adapting to the fast-moving environment and push to drive efficiency and simplification for global customers.

Key job responsibilities

- Be the subject matter expert for your assigned technical program

- Define value proposition, entitlement, and limitations- to cross-functional teams

- Be the liaison between various technical, business, and development teams to drive both proactive and reactive customer and partner experience outcomes

- Own and support global cross-team coordination, project management, and be able to swiftly prioritize and multi-task based on severity level and strong business judgement

- Deep dive and instrument data to isolate issues, develop solutions, and prioritize opportunities for servicing partner teams

- Have a passion for continuously improving the customer experience

- Be a creative problem solver who always thinks critically about next steps

- Possess flexibility and have a track record of delivering results in a fast-paced and highly ambiguous work environment

This position can be located in Seattle (WA) or Culver City (CA).

Basic Qualifications

- 4+ years of professional experience in Supply Chain, Product Management, or Program Management

- Strong attention to detail, end-to-end ownership, and driving results

- Clear verbal/written communication, including an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams

- Experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver products and projects on tight deadlines

- Experience coordinating complex program development cycles

- Must be able to think creatively, deal with ambiguity, and manage changing and competing priorities

- Experience managing, analyzing, presenting, and communicating relevant results to senior management

- Be self-driven, and show ability to deliver on ambiguous projects with incomplete or imperfect data

- Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of equivalent professional experience

Preferred Qualifications

- 5+ years of experience in Digital Supply Chain, Product Management, or Program Management within large global organizations

- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, product, and operations counterparts to deliver meaningful customer experiences

- Advanced skills and experience with Excel and Access, or similar database

- Ability to understand customers and their behavior in order to drive new feature development

- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, including strong writing and speaking skills

- Advanced ability to draw insights from data and clearly communicate them (verbal/written) to the stakeholders and executives as required

- Broad commercial awareness developed in a fast-moving environment

- Master’s degree

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $114,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $245,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
