DIR-PROFESSIONAL sERVICES

The Director of the Pine Grove Professional Services performs assigned duties by the Administrator of Behavioral Health, to facilitate effective program operations and care with the patients within the PEP, PRT and Evaluation programs. The Director is responsible to plan, develop, direct, and supervise all program services offered within these areas. The Director works with other Directors of Pine Grove, departments within Forrest General Hospital and other outside agencies to provide and coordinate services that meet the clinical, financial, and patient experience goals. The Director of Professional Services will be responsible for therapy program development, coordinating quality patient care services, implementation of programming, and follow-up. The Director assists and coordinates communication among patients and their referents. The Director is responsible for continued referral development, promoting growth, excellence in clinical knowledge and customer service, and achieving positive financial results. The Director of Professional Programs ensures quality patient care by developing and implementing appropriate policies and procedures, hiring and maintaining qualified staff, and ensuring a quality patient experience. The Director is responsible for adhering to budgetary guidelines and staffing productivities. The Director demonstrates promotion and adherence to the organization's established Compliance Program and Standard of Conduct, and regulatory standards.

Qualifications:
Education/Skills
Minimum of Master degree in the mental health field from an accredited school required. PhD or MD preferred.
Work Experience:
Minimum of five years of experience in addiction and mental health treatment required. Minimum of three years years in progressive management experience required.
Certification/Licensure:
Licensure as indicated by educational speciality required.
