The successful candidate is motivated and eager to learn about Flight Test Engineering and Operations Support. In this role, the candidate must have a foundation of Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering, enjoy problem solving and designing flight test tools and equipment while working in a cross functional team of pilots, mechanics, technicians, and a multi-discipline engineering team. What you will do: Support Flight Test and Operations as we prepare for first flight of our Gen 6 aircraft.

Build up and checkout of a mobile Flight Test Ground Control Station

Design and build up of Ground Support Equipment

Flight Test Planning

Definition of processes and procedures

Support of Flight Test Instrumentation integration

Required Skills/Experience: Pursuing degree in Mechanical Engineering or Aerospace Engineering

Hourly rate will be $20 USD an hour.

This internship role will be based at Wisk's headquarters in Mountain View, California and relocation or housing will not be provided.

Eligibility Requirements For US Must be able to work on-site in Mountain View, CA Must be legally authorized to work in the US Must live in the US at both the time of application AND at the time the internship begins Must be either a rising sophomore, junior, or senior in college Must have a minimum grade point average (GPA) of 3.0, transcripts are required Must be an enrolled student at both the time of application AND at the time the internship begins Must be able to work 40 hours a week for 10 weeks (full-time for 3 months)
