Operations Analyst Responsibilities:
Manage MS Project schedules of resources, deliverable and tasks for assigned projects
Conduct weekly project review meetings with project managers
Record weekly project updates, impacts, risks and opportunities, escalating issues as needed
Ensure project schedules are in sync with workforce and recruiting updates
Update, prepare and present quarterly project financial and staffing data
Create, maintain and distribute ad hoc project reports using MS Excel and Power BI
Track information, workflows and deadlines effectively
Navigate conflicting priorities through effective planning and time management
Ask targeted questions, discern relevant information and document necessary details
Proactively communicate work progress and status with the manager and team members
Maintain confidentiality in all aspects of work
Perform other tasks as assigned by the Operations Manager
Operations Analyst Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management or a related field
Strong organizational skills
Proficiency in MS Project, MS Excel and Power BI
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
