IP Litigation Attorney

We are seeking a talented and motivated IP Litigation Attorney to join this dynamic team in the Bay Area. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in intellectual property law, with a focus pre-trial and trial work. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent litigation skills and a passion for advocating for clients in high-stakes environments.
Key Responsibilities
Handle all aspects of intellectual property litigation, including pre-trial preparation, trial, and post-trial activities.
Draft and file pleadings, motions, and briefs in federal and state courts.
Conduct legal research and analysis to develop case strategies.
Represent clients in court appearances, depositions, and mediations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical experts and other attorneys, to build strong cases.
Advise clients on IP protection and enforcement strategies.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of legal trends and developments in intellectual property law.
Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
Admission to the California Bar.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in intellectual property litigation.
Proven track record of handling patent and trademark litigation cases.
Strong research, analytical, and writing skills.
Excellent oral advocacy and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
