Quality Assurance: Verify that products are correctly assembled and meet specifications.

Monitoring: Review and report production results to onsite management.
Training: Hire, train, and cross-train personnel for maximum production flexibility.

Process Improvement: Identify and document areas for improvement to boost quality and production efficiencies.
Flexibility: Assist in other work areas as needed during absences or staff shortages.
Required Skills/Abilities: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Effective team leadership and the ability to relate to diverse groups.
Adept decision-making and problem-solving skills.
Proven ability to implement process improvement initiatives.
Ability to work on and complete projects within tight deadlines while maintaining professionalism.
Experience: 2-3 years of experience in production manufacturing
Supervisory or lead experience.
Bilingual

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions: Most of the work occurs in a manufacturing/assembly warehouse environment.
Moderate walking and standing in the warehouse, observing workers’ activities, and interacting with personnel.
Exposure to heat, cold, dampness, humidity, slippery and uneven surfaces.
Adherence to all company safety policies and regulations.
Work Hours: 10-hour shift, Monday – Thursday, 6 AM - 4:30 PM with occasional need for overtime on Fridays or during the week to complete production activities.
Compensation: Starting range: $45k-$55k annually.
