Parsons is now hiring a mid-level Environmental Professional for our rapidly expanding portfolio of environmental projects in the western United States.

Lead efforts in developing scopes of work, work plans, environmental reports, data analysis.

Ability to oversee and manage field efforts including soil, groundwater, and soil vapor investigations; and construction activities including but not limited to dig and haul, insitu and exsitu remedy implementations.

Supports procurement of subcontractors and supervision of drillers and other subcontractors.

Performs a variety of field and office tasks requiring the application of standard scientific principles and fundamental theories in environmental industry.

Work with Project Managers, using interpersonal and organizational skills, to ensure projects are completed on time and budget.

Perform other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.

Provides technical guidance to associate professionals and technicians.

What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

Bachelor's degree in a science, engineering or other related field to the assigned discipline

3+ years of related work experience

A valid driver’s license and the ability and willingness to travel to and from field locations in California, as well as potentially Oregon, Nevada, Utah, Arizona, is required.

Working knowledge of typical environmental industry related software is a plus.

A familiarity with California environmental rules and regulations is preferred.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Must be able to work in all weather conditions.
