What are we looking to add to the team? We are looking for a Senior Partnership Development Manager who can demonstrate success in partner business development which includes understanding the product vision, partner origination with compelling business cases for high growth, establishing strategic partnerships and commercial structure. To be successful in this role you will work with a set of partners to create a GTM approach supported by product messaging, demand generation strategy, sales methodology and delivery execution that leads to high revenue growth and increased market share for SeekOut.

What you will do: Execute on demand generation and partner sales including engaging with potential clients

Manage and grow an existing book of partners by developing and executing a strategy to drive sourced and influenced revenue.

Develop and communicate business strategy for revenue generation with partners

Collaborating within cross functional teams including marketing, product, engineering, sales, finance, legal, SeekOut executive team to close deals

Represent SeekOut in external partner meetings and at industry events

Identify new sales areas and inspire high levels of performance

5+ years of experience initiating strategic partnerships, sales, partner programs, customer success

Experience with scaling from zero to a multi-million-dollar book of business in partnership with the Chief Business and Revenue Officer

Client services mindset and knowledgeable about how to establish implementation partner ecosystem to drive product adoption and expansion

Keen customer empathy, business value thinking, ecosystem instincts

A strong sense of ownership and drive for results

A positive, can-do, growth mindset

Experience in product at an early-stage after Series C startup is preferred or the ability to demonstrate "startup mentality" in a larger organization

Bonus points for experience with SaaS products in the following arenas: HR Tech, or Recruiting

Base Salary Hiring Range: $107,950 to $145,180 annually
