We are seeking a Site Leader for our East Providence, RI location. The Site Leader will be expected to be available during designated business hours and additional time to ensure the business goals and objectives are being met. Executing the position requires the employee to be on-site at a Refresh facility.
The Site Leader oversees the operational and clinical aspects of their respective site/location. They will collaborate with members of the Operations/Administrative Team and the Executive Director and maintain a clinical productivity equal to 90 billable units per month.
Compensation: The salary range for this position is $58,300 to $103,900 per year. Pay is based on several factors, including but not limited to education, work experience, licensure/certifications, scheduled clinical hours, etc.
Educational Background:
Advanced degree (LMHC, LICSW, PsyD, PhD) in Mental Health
An advanced degree in applicable operational/clinical settings is desirable
Minimum Job Qualifications:
Experience:
Must have worked as a leader in a growth-oriented organization, preferably in the healthcare/behavioral health field, for at least 1-2 years
Strong leadership capability
Strong relationship skills to grow and maintain relationships with any individual, irrespective of background and type of personality
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work with recent technological applications relating to daily tasks and ability to train staff on the use of the applications
Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously
Possess reliable problem-solving ability
Ability to build on the vision and be a positive force in developing the plan to get there
Strong ethical standards and compassion

To create and maintain a site with positive energy, caring support, mutual trust, and respect. To foster a connection with all staff of the practice by working collaboratively with the Executive Director and RVP of Operations
Continuously nurture a culture of excellence by acting as a role model of professional and ethical practice and conduct, staff recognition, teamwork
Schedule and conduct orientation to Athena and all RICBT/OneCBT protocols/procedures for clinicians at assigned location
Implement morale-building activities to create a culture of camaraderie among the site staff and foster a sense of connection with the overall practice
Support clinician professional development through consultation, mentoring, and guidance
Address and resolve customer service issues promptly. Provide appropriate feedback to involved clinicians and staff
Support peer consultation groups as they pursue clinical excellence and encourage clinician work-life balance and self-care
Continuously monitor and address office aesthetics
Participate in vacation coverage rotation with the Executive Director and other Site Leaders
Supports RICBT’s/OnceCBT’s overall business goals and direction
Productivity:
To balance clinical, technological, and business best practices
Communicate performance expectations regarding clinical quality, evidence-based treatment, timely and professional documentation, HIPAA compliance, etc.
Continuously monitor office use and clinician schedules to ensure optimum space utilization
Assist clinicians in meeting productivity goals; monitor clinician schedules and ensure clinicians are offering new slots for PAC promptly
Ensure clinicians are compliant with the 48-hour note completion policy in Athena
Demonstrate active support of value-based contracts and clinical initiatives by communicating requirements to clinical staff and ensuring their compliance
Identify clinical staffing needs and routinely communicate those needs with the Executive Director
Problem Solving:
To identify, analyze, and resolve issues involving any clinical, administrative, staffing, or client matters
Display confidence in judgment to solve problems independently and creatively, which includes consulting with the Executive Director on challenging matters
Provide ongoing clinical case consultation
Assist clinicians in meeting productivity goals
Address and resolve internal and external customer complaints and provide feedback to involved individuals
Continuously seek opportunities to streamline administrative processes and work with administrative staff to determine the viability of implementation
Provide technological training and trouble-shooting to clinical staff
Manage the physical office space, which includes communicating issues directly with the Executive Director
