Job Description
The Director of Operations will:
Collaborate with all relevant stakeholders to develop project specific timelines and budgets
Management of project specific schedule during preconstruction through completion
Create your own team of Project Managers and Superintendents for all projects
Manage and negotiate terms of agreements, drafting of contracts to analyze and mitigate risk
Develop and maintain all financials for projects
Attend all leadership meetings
Management and oversight of construction team projects to ensure they adhere to the project specific timeline and budget constraints
Provide regular review of construction team project progress to ensure safety and proper development
Be involved in hiring decisions
Win new work as necessary

The Successful Applicant
The Successful Leader:
Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering is preferred
A minimum of 10 years of construction experience as a Project Manager
Proven experience leading a team of Project Managers
Excellent leadership, organizational and analytical skills
Great time management and multi-tasking skills
Ability to solve complex construction and communication issues
K-12, Higher Education, and Municipal experience highly prefered
