Job Overview
We are seeking a talented and motivated Senior Software Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience developing high-quality software web applications, contributing to all phases of the development lifecycle, and collaborating cross-functionally to define, design, implement, test, and deploy new features. You will play a high-impact role on a tight-knit team focused on improving the existing software
platform to meet evolving needs of our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Enhance and develop new features and capabilities in our platform, collaborating with the team to analyze data requirements and understood use cases
- Design, architect, and implement scalable and reliable code using best practices
- Collaborate with team members to define requirements
- Test and deploy features to ensure high performance
- Troubleshoot, debug, maintain, and enhance existing software applications.
- Support existing corporate network architecture/environment, including hardware firmware upgrades, Layer 2 changes, etc
- Provide network support as needed, including service requests from clients
- Diagnose connectivity/performance issues and perform root cause analysis
- Enhance network monitoring/alerting tools
- Configure VPN connectivity to other networks and ensure network traffic security
- Engineer, build, test, and sync data infrastructure for global scale
- Responsiveness to clients across different time zones globally
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent field.
- Proven experience as Senior Software Engineer or similar role
- Proficiency in web application development using JavaScript, Node, Python, C, MySQL, AWS, REST, and RESTful APIs.
- Experience designing and developing APIs
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and on a team
Experience:
- 6-8 years of experience in software engineering
