**Summary**
The **Craft Superintendent** oversees profitable installation of project work by directing co-workers and interfacing, coordinating with other trades. Responsible for safety, planning, cost and productivity, while perpetuating and SQP culture.
**Roles and Responsibilities**
The **Craft Superintendent** will possess competency in the following areas in order to perform his/her role in a safe, high quality and productive (SQP) manner. Note that the areas listed are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by co-workers assigned to this role. **Requirements**
+ High School Diploma and 5 years of related experience and/or training
+ Line & Grade experience
