**Job Description**
Job includes all typical General Manager Responsibilities, not limited to and including the following:
Compensation Package is based on the experience and ability of the candidate and is competitive with the marketplace.
Effectively supervise all department heads and hotel staff to achieve all goals and expectations related to revenue, sales & marketing, bottom line profit, service, and quality.
Emphasis is on service and quality. Maintain excellent service and quality standards in all departments of the hotel to meet and exceed the Brand Standards. Review service scores and take corrective action to improve as necessary.
Conduct daily property and guest room inspections to maintain a high level of product quality, cleanliness, and service.
Be responsible for achieving all brand standards relating to training for all hotel staff, including the general manager.
Maintain and uphold life safety standards to protect associates, guests, and ownership.
Maintain positive relationship with associates, customers, corporate, and Brand representatives.
Coach, develop and mentor associates to attain the maximum potential of hotel performance.
Perform other duties as requested by ownership or ownership representative.
**Job Requirements**
Previous hotel general manager experience is required.
Previous general manager position held with an IHG branded hotel is preferred but not required.
Opera experience is a plus.
Candidate must possess the leadership, personal and communications skills to develop, build and supervise a quality and focused team of professionals.
Candidate must be proficient in all tools and routines required to deliver a high level of revenue, profit, service and quality results.
Bachelors Degree preferred but not required.
