Applicant must have a Bachelors degree in Product Design, Marketing, Retail, Communications and 5 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or a related occupation. Experience must include:
* Conducting focus groups and quantitative insights analysis through point of sales data reading;
* Retail Business;
* Project management, including defining project priorities and scheduling project deadlines for cross-functional teams and cross-country teams across regions;
* Global Product Management, such as apparel and footwear lines, and product assortment strategy;
* Merchandise planning and pricing;
* Translation of Consumer, Sales, and Marketplace Insights into strategy; and
* Sales Data Analytics.
