Job Summary
Roberts Civil Engineering is seeking a Project Coordinator for the Civil Engineering Design division of the company in our Jacksonville, FL office.
This position will be responsible for assisting the project manager to ensure that the company’s high standards are met, and clients are satisfied with our service.

Create Word, Excel, and PDF documents
Coordinate with review authorities
Assist in proposals
Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors
Coordinate with clients
Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualifications & Experience: Two years’ experience in a similar role; two years' experience in the AEC industry preferred
Self-motivated
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
