Sales Consultant

This position is one of the most important roles within Flex, as this role will be strictly focused on bringing in new business to the company by unlocking untapped growth markets. This position is accountable for meeting/exceeding sales goals to grow Flex’s Consumer Driven Health Products (CDHP) and Compliance Services. The individual will promote Flex’s products and services (FSA, HSA, HRA, Commuter, COBRA, etc.); build and foster new and existing broker and client relationships; and serve as a knowledgeable resource to insurance brokers and account managers. Relationship building is critical for this role. Our ideal candidate will be ready to jump into a fast-paced, high-volume environment and is able to successfully develop and execute sales strategies and close deals. You are expected to come ‘batteries included’ with experience so that you can make meaningful impact to company growth targets and your own variable compensation in 2024 and beyond.

Proficient with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software – e.g.: Microsoft Dynamics, Sales Force

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while remaining professional, courteous, and helpful
Ability to work remotely while maintaining efficiencies
Educational Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field or equivalent experience. Specialized training in CDHP benefits field, preferred.
Minimum 3 year of outside business-to-business sales or relationship building experience, benefits insurance related sales experience is a plus
Experience delivering technology product demonstrations
Experience in developing and nurturing productive client relationships
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets
Proficient with MS Office – Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
