SENIOR LITIGATION ATTORNEY
Moriarty Bielan & Malloy LLC (MBM) has an opening for a Senior Litigation Associate with at least 8-10 years of litigation experience with strong written and oral communication skills. Candidates should have experience in complex real estate litigation. Relevant experience should include outstanding research capabilities, drafting pleadings and motions, conducting written discovery, managing large scale document reviews, taking/defending depositions, and attending court conferences and hearings. Trial experience is preferred. Candidates must be self-motivated and be able to work both independently and as part of a team.
MBM is a growing boutique real estate law firm, which represents a wide range of clients in complex real estate disputes, condominium association matters, zoning and land use matters, and construction defect disputes.
