**Key Accountabilities**
* Direct all sales efforts across the catering department to ensure maximum yield is achieved, market segments are correctly targeted, and the Quail Lodge & Golf Club image is vibrantly portrayed.
* Meet and greet clients, address their needs while on site and field subsequent communications. Attends events, welcoming guests upon arrival and re-confirming set-up, and food and beverage need.
* Manage the sale efforts between the sales department and catering to ensure proper utilization of function space to yield maximum revenue.
* Manage the catering day-to-day operation via scheduling, payroll, recruiting, planning, controlling, and analyzing all aspects of the department.
**General Requirements**
* Prior experience in event planning or event sales required
* Bachelors degree in hospitality or related field preferred
* Ability to efficiently handle multiple duties under pressure with minimal supervision
* Exceptional customer service with excellent communication
**Salary: $65,000**
