Utilize data analysis techniques to identify trends, patterns, and insights related to the employee experience, HR metrics, and key performance indicators.
Develop and deliver data-driven reports and presentations to HR and business leaders, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
Evaluate existing HR systems and technologies, identify gaps, and propose enhancements or new solutions to improve the people experience.
Assist in the implementation and deployment of new HR systems and technologies, ensuring smooth transition and user adoption.
Collaborate with the HR team to identify training needs and develop materials to support system implementations and enhancements.
Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in people experience and HR technology, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
2-3 years' proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a Talent Management, Recruitment, or Performance Management Role.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and draw meaningful insights.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, such as Excel, SQL, or data visualization tools.
Knowledge of HR processes, systems, and best practices, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement.
Familiarity with HR systems and technologies (e.g., HRIS, ATS, LMS), with the ability to evaluate and recommend suitable solutions.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively present findings and recommendations to diverse audiences.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
High ethical standards regarding the handling of sensitive and confidential information.
Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience implementing and/or as a user of technologies (i.e. SAP, Workday, ADP)
Prior experience supporting global, cross-functional teams.
Prior experience supporting multiple concurrent business cases/projects.
