Patient Service Representative

LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a Patient Service Rep for a growing organization in Sacramento, CA. As a Patient Service Rep, you will provide the highest level of customer service to patients, fellow employees, and referral sources.
Responsibilities
Answering incoming calls
Respond to all member inquiries related to Commercial, Exchange, and/or Individual plans via telephone, email, chat, or fax.
Accurately record and refer appeals and grievances according to department protocols and procedures.
Qualifications 1+ years of call center experience
High school diploma or GED required
Knowledge of HIPPA and other medical insurance regulations.

Pay Details: $18.00 to $20.00 per hour
