DATTCO has a full-time opening for a Dispatcher in our Coach & Tour Division. This is a 3rd shift position working from Midnight to 8 AM.

Primary Responsibilities:
+ Work with supervisors to ensure on-time departure of all vehicles
+ Check-in drivers as they report to work including reviewing uniforms and providing work tickets
+ Providing information regarding Coach & Tour Division operations to customers and other staff
+ Utilizing GPS and dispatching software to monitor operations of routes for accuracy
+ Working with drivers and other staff to address service issues/failures in a timely manner
+ Review driver itineraries for accuracy and address driver questions/concerns promptly
Minimum Requirements:
+ Open availability to work mornings, nights, weekends and holidays, as required.
+ High school degree or equivalent
+ Bus operations experience preferred
+ Well-developed planning and organizational skills
+ Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
+ Detail oriented and customer focused
+ Proactive mentality towards problem solving
+ Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
+ Adaptability to different personality types
+ Ability to work with computer systems and follow specific business rules for data entry
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office (primarily Word, Excel and Outlook)
+ Ability to use internet or other tools to research trip and destination information
+ Ability to adapt to changing requirements at a moment-s notice
+ Must be able to work in a team environment
