DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Speaking with potential clients – Spanish speaking is required
Sorting new and old client calls
Firm receptionist back up
Receptionist for separate AI office
All incoming intake calls
Welcome guests and clients to office and help set up conference rooms for meetings
Keeping an organized, reliable, and hardworking demeanor at all times
Perform some receptionist and office assistant type functions.
Intake assistant duties
Ordering Supplies
Working with firm vendors
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bi-lingual – Spanish Speaking preferred
Must have at least 2-3 years’ experience at a civil law firm.
Excellent oral, writing, analytical, and organizational skills.
Mastery of the English language (verbal and written) including grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
Ability to work independently and as a team, effectively and efficiently without significant supervision.
Ability to track, prioritize, and complete multiple concurrent assignments with precision and on time.
Exhibit professionalism by adhering to all firm policies, including attendance guidelines, dress code, security measures, and confidentiality requirements.
Proficiency with Office 365 suite, including Word, Outlook, and Excel, along with the use of contemporary technology in law practice.
Some overtime may be required. Some weekend work may be required.
Experience:
Plaintiff person injury experience a plus
Prior receptionist experience with heavy phone call activity
Administrative experience
Microsoft 365 Suite knowledge
Filevine Knowledge
Education/ Certification
High School Diploma
