What You'll Be Doing:

Drive payment product / business on OKX to world-class, provide global users with the best user experience payment product with the lowest payment channel cost, to empower users to make transactions anytime, anywhere.

Defining & managing product roadmaps, features including user experience and end-to-end integration with local & international payment providers while proactively managing the risk associated with your product.

Grow customer base and transaction volume by defining & driving every aspect of payment products (ACH, Cards, Wire, SEPA, FPS, FAST, PIX, etc) from developing the roadmap/backlogs/iterations in order to hit your goals & KPIs.

Evaluate and verify your squad deliverables, plan the resources of payment quad, work with important stakeholders, like local general managers, marketing teams, product designers, content writers, data analysts and engineers to bring your product to go to market.

Build a strong payment product team, evaluate people and lead the team with great leadership.

What We Look For In You:

Strong product management experience in the global payments space with past experience in building payment products in global markets and great leadership and team management.

Previous experience designing and building payments systems and understanding of risk management associated with these payment options.

Entrepreneurial mindset: Experience working in a fast-paced environment with competing resources and priorities. Being able to deeply understand complex problems and navigate through ambiguity and figure out the best path to solve problems.

Excellent written and verbal communications skills; ability to translate strategy into clear and actionable plans for product development, engineering, design and marketing.

Metrics driven with proficiency in identifying, defining, tracking and acting upon metrics Experience identifying KPIs and working with engineering and analytics on instrumentation and monitoring.

Nice to Have:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline

Passion for Bitcoin, crypto, Defi and blockchain technology

Fluent in Mandarin and English

OKX Statement:

The salary range for this position is $255,000.00 to $402,000.00 . The salary offered depends on a variety of factors, including job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. In addition to the salary, a performance bonus and long-term incentives may be provided as part of the compensation package, as well as a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
