CACI is looking for a qualified
Project Manager Security Cooperation
to support of USAFRICOM. The Project Manager will support USAFRICOMs theater security cooperation planning efforts.
Job Description
Attend country coordination meetings, the RSWG (Requirements Synchronization Working Group), the STRWG (Synchronizing the Requirements Working Group) and represent as a C4 SME (subject matter expert) at these operational planning events providing input on C4/Cyber objectives.
Participate in the SCPWG (Security Cooperation Working Group), SEWG (Strategic Engagements Working Group), and all working groups related to significant security cooperation initiatives and serve as a SME on behalf of the Government at these events.
Write C4 initiatives into SSCIs (Significant Security Cooperation Initiatives) as applicable.
Draft engagement plans with identified priority partners on behalf of the Government. Provide recommendations for with whom the CCMDs should be engaging and why.
Work closely with the CCMD Security Cooperation Directorate (SCD) (or equivalent) to ensure that C4/Cyber communications efforts are integrated into the CCMD mission set for security cooperation events and the M2M engagements are in support of CCMD's Campaign Plan Lines of Effort and Theater Campaign Plan goals.
Plan events through coordination with desk officers, offices of security cooperation, and partners to finalize dates and venue location. This includes scheduling the location, drafting the agenda based on mutual objectives nested in action plans, coordinating the travel associated with VAR requests, arranging for building access, setting up systems at location including dial-ins etc.
Conduct, lead, and report on the meeting providing weekly project and event management updates as well as due-outs and other action reports/follow on actions (AM&E).
Coordinate services for events, such as accommodation, transportation for participants, facilities, catering, signage, displays, special needs requirements, printing and event security.
Travel as required to provide event planning and support.
Youll Bring These Qualifications:
Currently hold an active Secret Clearance
BA/BS + 7 years recent specialized or AA/AS + 9 years recent specialized or a major cert + 9 years recent specialized or 13 years of recent specialized experience
Previous experience in Security Cooperation and engagements with partner nations
Experience participating in RSWG, STRWG, SCPWG, SEWG or similar planning events
Experience supporting Cyber Security Engagements
Experience in large scale event planning, coordination, and execution in foreign countries
Willingness to travel to the African continent to support event planning and engagements
Exceptional planning and organizational skills, as well as strong oral and written communications skills.
Strong interpersonal and mentoring skills, and the ability to effectively build and lead teams
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
Experience working with a Combatant Command
