The Role We're looking for passionate and empathetic hustlers to join us. This is not your typical Attendant Care Case Manager position. Instead, you'll be working with real families with real human problems. Your role is to understand underserved families and care for them throughout difficult times. Your role will be to support families in accessing care and making sure that their needs are met.
In this role, you will:
Collaborate with families to provide care. Your role will revolve around communicating with families by creating Service Plans and periodically following up with them to ensure their needs are being met to a high level of quality.
Support company operations. You'll maintain appropriate communications between the internal team by creating reports, summarizing information, identifying trends, and keeping systems up to date.You will support with the day-to-day operations in the Indianapolis Office.
Partner with technology, clinical, and product teams across Abby Care . You'll be a critical voice for collaboration among initiatives to further our mission.

The Requirements
We index more on your experience and hustle than on anything else:
Must have CPR certification.
Must currently reside in the Indianapolis area.
100% commitment. This role is not fit for anyone with a side hustle or looking for part-time opportunities.
Bonus if you speak Spanish.
Bonus if you have previous experience working in a Personal Services Agency as a Manager.
Bonus if you are able to instruct CPR courses for certification.
