Job Description
Coordinates and completes high-level, complex projects related to system goals and initiatives.
Experience
5 years of related experience
Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree in Business Administration or Healthcare Administration
Experience in the healthcare industry
Education
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field
Certification Summary
No professional certifications required
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Must be able to effectively manage a team, keeping staff motivated and productive
Demonstrated ability to develop and manage budgets and other financial skills
Must have strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Must have proven organizational skills with ability to plan time effectively, balance multiple assignments, and meet deadlines

Job Responsibilities
Provides high-level consultative, technical, and decision-making support to executive management regarding system goals and initiatives.
Conducts research and analyzes/interprets data, processes, and systems related to assigned projects.
Develops, recommends, and implements action plans, oversees project teams, and/or performs other project management duties as necessary to ensure successful completion of assigned projects within specified timeframes.
Works collaboratively with internal and external resources.
