Mid-To-Senior Level Associate Attorney

Job Overview: A law firm in McLean, VA, is seeking a highly qualified Mid-To-Senior Level Associate Attorney to join its team. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in economic development law and a proven track record of delivering high-quality legal services to clients.
Duties:
Provide legal counsel and representation to clients in economic development matters.
Conduct legal research and analysis on complex land use, zoning, incentives, and public financing issues.
Draft and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
Advise clients on regulatory compliance and strategic planning for economic development projects.
Represent clients in administrative hearings, negotiations, and court proceedings as necessary.
Requirements:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Admission to the Virginia State Bar or ability to waive into the Virginia Bar.
4-7 years of experience practicing law, preferably focusing on economic development or related areas.
Proven ability to manage complex legal matters independently and efficiently.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Certifications (if applicable):
Certification in Economic Development Law or related field (preferred but not required).
