By joining our rapidly growing Sage Intacct practice you will serve as a trusted partner to our clients. You'll bring your first-hand experience, unique perspectives, and functional knowledge to deliver tailored integrated solutions. What You'll Do:
Support projects within one of the Sage Intacct service offerings of implementations, advisory projects (system optimization and/or enhancements), and/or post-production support
Apply knowledge of Sage Intacct and accounting by supporting project responsibilities including
Documenting business requirements
Process and module design and configuration
Supporting system and end user testing
Data conversion from client's legacy systems
Financial and Custom report writing
Participate in conversations related to client's business challenges related to their accounting process and system design
Review status, maintain schedules, monitor progress, and prepare status reports for internal and external use
Assess and escalate project risks, issues or conflicts to leadership, suggesting possible resolutions
What You'll Bring: 2+ years of relevant experience with functional and technical knowledge in implementing mid-market Financial Systems (e.g., Sage Intacct, Oracle NetSuite, or Microsoft Dynamics)
Prior experience in professional services (public accounting, advisory firm, or management consulting firm) or relevant industry experience in accounting or implementations
An understanding of Finance and Accounting with experience using or implementing a Financial System (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Billing, Procurement, Financial Reporting)
Ability to work with data to meet export/import requirements, showcasing proficiency in data formatting and manipulation
Experience working both individually and on teams with strong communication skills internally and with client stakeholders
Experience implementing Sage Intacct or other accounting solutions for family offices or clients within financial services or asset management
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, Information Systems, Information Technology, or similar technical discipline
Sage Intacct Implementation Specialist certification
Willingness to travel based on client preferences
