Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Staff Product Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be a part of new product development team working to release next generation PMIC/DCDC products in consumer and automotive application. The Staff Product Engineer will:
Develops, Aligns, presents and executes product engineering project plan which includes all aspects of product engineering responsibilities (char, qual, etc) on assigned project to ensure flawless development through mass production release.
Work with relevant team members to ensure best in class product cost is achieved (test, assembly, etc).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product specifications are met.
Escalates project plan risk /miss and takes prompt measures to manage risk or course correction plan
Keeps PM and manager updated with project progress through weekly reports and dashboard updates
Lead the team to provide resolution of foundry and manufacturing issues found during product development.
Work with test engineering team closely to ensure best in class quality of test program (test coverage, test plan).
