CNC Programmer

We are seeking an experienced CNC Programmer to support aerospace manufacturing by developing and optimizing CNC programs for high-precision aircraft components.

Responsibilities

Program 3-axis and 5-axis machining centers, CNC lathes, and routers .

Use CAD/CAM software to create and modify G-code programs.

Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and GD&T.

Optimize programs for quality, accuracy, and efficiency.

Inspect parts to ensure blueprint and engineering specifications are met.

Support tooling, fixture, and process improvements.

Maintain accurate programming and production documentation.

Work with Engineering, Quality, and Production teams to resolve manufacturing issues.

Requirements

10+ years of CAD/CAM programming experience in manufacturing.

Strong CNC programming and machining knowledge.

Ability to read blueprints, technical drawings, and GD&T.

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Knowledge of tooling, fixtures, machine operation, and maintenance.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred

Aerospace/aviation manufacturing experience.

5-axis CNC programming experience.

Tooling and fixture design experience.

Experience with continuous improvement and precision manufacturing.

Pay Details: $60.00 to $66.00 per hour
